Arrive at the Jackson Hole Airport, located at the base of the spectacular Teton mountain range. Set entirely within Grand Teton National Park, flying into the Jackson Hole Airport is an awe inspiring start to your trip to Jackson Hole.

Welcome Reception

Please join us for the first sponsored event of the weekend. We'll have an informal gathering at the Four Seasons Resort in the Ascent Lounge, located just off the main lobby on the 4th floor. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres served. Come when you like!

Breakfast and Healthcare Roundtable Program Continued

Join us for breakfast in the Murie ballroom. After breakfast, we'll build upon yesterday's session with lively and inclusive discussion.

Executive Roundtable

Learn from industry leaders and expert speakers about healthcare challenges and opportunities during our Executive Roundtable.  Designed to be thought provoking and interactive, these sessions generate spirited discussion drawing on the cross-industry expertise of our participating members.

Free Time

Use this time today to build connections with other participants. Grab lunch together, ski, explore! You may also choose to visit the spa or just relax.

Cocktail Hour, Dinner & Presentations

One of the highlights of our event – take a ride up on the Gondola at night and see the Rendezvous Lodge transformed into a special dinner location. Look forward to an evening of drinks, dinner and presentations at the top of the mountain.

Breakfast at The Spur

At your leisure, head to The Spur for breakfast. This is another good morning to plan a breakfast with one of the attendees you would like to get to know!

All Day Skiing and Activities

There is no better way to make connections with other participants than with amazing, shared experiences. Choose from a variety of activities to experience the awesomeness of the Tetons and of the Healthcare Summit at Jackson Hole. 

Organized Skiing Activities

We’ll arrange all day ski guides to make your Jackson Hole ski dreams come true. No matter what your experience level! With guides, you’ll skip the lift lines so you can take full advantage of your time. Choose a leisurely day on the slopes or adrenaline boosting outbound adventure. You can’t go wrong!

Fat Tire Biking

A local guide will take you on stunning treks on the less traveled roads with awesome views of the snowcapped Teton Mountain range and winter wildlife. All tours include a mountain bike, helmet, and a water bottle.

Snowshoe Trip

Join a naturalist guide on a snowshoe trip in Grand Teton National Park or Bridger Teton National Forest.

Snowmobile Tour

Your Guide will take you through the beautiful Bridger Teton National Forest on some of the over 600 miles of groomed trails. We will stop for lunch at Brooks Lake Lodge or Turpin Meadows Ranch, your guide will talk to you the day of the trip and make the best experience that fits your Snowmobile trip. Total time is 8 hours from pick up to drop off and 6 hours on the trails.

Closing Dinner & Presentations

Our closing dinner will feature wonderful food, drinks and incredible highlights from all of our adventures together over the past few days. You won’t want to miss this fun evening!
